  • How much are the Courses?

    All the courses are free.

  • How long does it take to complete the full Ambassador Course?

    The Full Ambassador course has over an hour of video content. However, each video is split into bite sized lessons making it easy to view.

  • Do I have to take the course all at once?

    No, once you have started, you can start and stop whenever it suits you. You can take as long as you need to complete the course.

  • Can I re-visit any lessons?

    Yes, we highly recommend re-visiting the course to get a refresher.

  • When will I get my Certificate?

    Your certificate will be issued automatically on completion of the course and will be available to download anytime.

  • Is there a Mobile App Version?

    Yes. First you need to register and start a course using your standard Internet Browser. Then search for the 'Thinkific' App in the App Store. Once downloaded, search 'Spinlock' in the Thinkific App and login. You can now continue the course via the App.

  • How do we become an Expert Dealer?

    To become listed as an Expert Dealer on the Spinlock website, you must qualify by the following criteria: 1. Trained Spinlock Ambassadors.2. Good stock of products. 3. The brand well represented in-store and online. 4. Following Social Media channels and engaging/sharing. 5. At least 2 Spinlock focused e-newsletters per year. e.g. an offer, competition, product focus. 6. Good sales, pricing and credit history. To apply to become an Expect Dealer, please contact your Spinlock Distributor.
